Jean-Benoit Richard, President

President and Founder of Hureca, Jean-Benoit Richard possesses strong entrepreneurial skills that have led him today, to be at the head of a large-scale international company.

Holder of an Master's degree from UQAM and Paris Dauphine, Mr Richard also completed a Bachelor degree in Information Technology at Université de Montréal. With this wealth of knowledge, Mr Richard begins his experiences as an Information Technology Consultant for sizable companies. In 1995, he creates his own consulting company and is President for the 8 years that follow.

Ambitious and versatile, Mr Richard decides to start Hureca in 2003, a successful human resources company destined for talent recruitment and personnel management, for both local and international clients. Presented by 'Les Affaires' journal as one of our future's brightest Young Leaders, Mr Richard is the author of two books ("Les 7 clés pour se trouver un bon emploi" and "Recruitment Methodology"), published and co-written by Éric Fortin, Hureca's Executive Vice-President.

Éric Fortin, Executive Vice-President

Executive Vice-President of Hureca, Mr. Fortin cumulates over 20 years of professional experience in company management with expertise in areas of service, human resources consulting, and personnel recruitment. With a Master's degree from UQAM, Mr Fortin begins his professional career at the heart of a Canadian company, in the health industry, as Chief of Operations for 10 years. In the year 2000, he explores the Information Technologies industry as Human Resources Director for an international company in the technologies industry.

Renowned for his expertise and know-how, he embarks on the deployment of the Hureca Project in 2003, along-side Jean-Benoit Richard. As Executive Vice-President, he ensures Hureca's successful development by continually improving recruitment programs and practices, thereby optimizing Hureca's internal operations. He is the author of 'Recruitment Methodology', a book published in January 2008 and co-written by Mr Richard, Hureca's President.

Priscille Giani, General Manager France

General Manager of Hureca in France, Priscille Giani cumulates 10 years of human resources expertise. Ms Giani foremost occupies a Business Relations Engineer and Commercial Services position within a computer engineering firm.

In 2003, Ms Giani crosses paths with Jean-Benoit Richard and together, they develop the Hureca France Project.

The following year, Hureca's office in Paris is revealed and is the first of three to be implemented in Europe. Today, Ms Giani splits her time over Paris, Lille and Nantes, as Manager of these three firms. With already much success and knowledge on her side, Ms Giani foresees that Hureca's growth will lead to the opening of several more offices.
